Table d'hôtes

The Table d’hôtes, it is Christian's privileged domain…

Having acquired my BEP and CAP of Kitchen in the hotel management school of Strasbourg, I developed my passion for the kitchen and foreign languages in Switzerland (for  German), and in England. Back in France, I worked for more than 12 years at the hotel Meurice, one of the nicest Parisian luxury hotels

Since the opening of ῎Girolles les Forges῍ in 2005, it is to me that returns honour to have you at our ῍Table d’hôtes῎ to let you discover my kitchen and prepare gourmet’s menu.

Inventive kitchen, fresh products, seasonal products, ῎bio῍ cheeses made in the village. Why not let you attract and come along to spend a nice moment around the table with a good meal and wines of the region (Chablis, Irancy, Chitry, Coulange la Vineuse…).

 

Breakfast
included.

"Brunch Breakfast": 11€ per person (optional).
For those who like to stay in bed late or for those who are having a busy day!
traditional French breakfast plus eggs, ham, fruits of the garden (according to the season) inspirations of the day (pancakes, french bread).
